I gotta say, this lawfirm is definitely exceptional and the best in the entire state. One key factor is that you do "NOT" get swept under the rug or get ignored. They are always communicating with you and keeping you up to date. From the minute you come in Jenny the receptionist, is very positive and welcoming. They have the best paralegal (Kristy) in the business, she is a beast at her work. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, caring, and like I said before, keeps communication going which is rare now a day.
Matt Emerson is the lawyer and he goes above and beyond with your case, keeps track of how your doing and maintains you up to date. He is very friendly, definitely a pro at his work, and always answers questions you might have.

The staff at Emerson Straw made feel so comfortable and calm during a scary situation. Car accidents bring a lot of changes in your life, it’s scary and financially devastating. Kristy was there every step we took during this stressful moment in my life, even .gave me a hug when I needed. I highly reconnect this place, lawyers can be focused solely on the cold stuff sometimes and forget about the emotions during such scary events such as car accidents, but here they showed humanity while being professional every step of the process.

Wes Straw and Christy did a great job for me. Mr. & Mrs. Straw came to meet with me at my home and understood my feeling on how I wanted to proceed as my personal injury matter was against my next door neighbor. Wes was very sensitive to the fact that I did not want hard feelings between my neighbor, but needed to be compensated for my injuries. All-in-all I had a great experience with them, during a difficult time in my life. I worked most closely with Christy was also very caring about how I was recovering from my injuries, and not just because it mattered to my case.

Mr. Straw's advice was to write a letter. He said that if the company "gave me any trouble" he would write a letter. When the time came for the letter to be written, he did not, in fact the company in question refused to talk to me because I referenced talking to Mr. Straw. Mr. Straw said, "Feel free to tell them you talked to me." Maybe they all know each other. My first impression was good, but I found out the hard way they do not follow through on what they say they will do. Proceed with caution.
