When I say David Haenel does the impossible, I’m making an understatement. Don’t mess around with others like the ticket clinic. If you are going to fight a serious ticket, get a serious lawyer who you’d want to have in your corner.

Contacted The Law Place regarding a speeding ticket in Broward County, which was referred to me by a Tampa attorney. I sent them my info and payment and waited. Got a few different emails, stating that they were representing me and that the court date was changed. Just got the last one stating the case was dismissed. Great communication and I couldn’t be anymore please. They were just the “ticket” I needed.

I came in completely frazzled and last second with a Driving without Knowledge on a Suspended license due to an issue with my insurance. Gloria Barrett was amazing. I was in an accident back in January of 2018 and from the start I was confused and unsure of what I needed to do. I was injured in the accident and was certain I needed help. I was skeptical of how to approach the process and very nervous about getting an attorney that would look out for my needs during the entire process. This is because of all the horror stories I had been privy to by friends and co-workers that had been through the personal injury legal process with their attorneys. I made the decision to hire Darren Finebloom based off of how he treated me from the very first call I made.

It’s not always easy to tell from first impressions but my gut and his nature told me that he actually cared about me and not his fee. I knew I had the option to change lawyers early on before I signed with his firm, but not once did that thought cross my mind. I have to say I'm so grateful I trusted my instincts. Darren was not just a consummate professional but caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Darren took the reigns and not once backed down to the insurance company (This was not just the drivers insurance but mine as well) who refused to be fair even though it was obvious there was real injuries sustained from the accident. He always consulted with me at every phase, gave me sound legal advice, suggestions and when I asked he made the hard choices that were best for me. This whole process took about a year and a half but due to Darren’s unwavering dedication and knowledge of the law he was able to help my case come to a conclusion weeks before we were to start the long deposition process. I can’t speak for other cases because each one has its own parameters, but in my case Darren and Teresa together stayed forever vigilant which caused an outcome that I was not expecting (I was l resigned to the fact that it was going to be another long year of depositions, mediation and a potential trial).

It was a normal Tuesday morning and I was driving to work when out if the blue I received a call from Darren. I pulled over and what he said next took my breath away. But equally important is the support, frequent contact, and advice I received from both Darren and his Legal Assistant Chris, throughout the whole process. We had the best experience with Darren Finebloom and The Law Place, I went to court to amend a jail sentence that I had received during a jury trial with an different attorney. His staff and Darren were great to work with. I was searching on the internet at 10:00PM one night, and up pooped a live chat. Darren called me with in 20 minutes of that live chat. I could not get any other attorney to even listen to my story. Darren not only listened to me, but he went and listened to the transcripts of the trial before he decide to take my case or not. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is searching for one. We not only went to court but Darren was able to get the sentence revolked.
