This firm is absolutely slum of the slum. They do not return calls. Their staff changes are every other day. You are greeted by the wrong name. Your file if you ever get to finally see it is a total wreck and not organized. They are only after the $$ and are not aggressive enough to get you true value of your case. Oscar is very cocky. Some lady Joan who claims to be a "owner" of hte firm greeted me once when I stopped by the office like it was a sin to come by the office without an appointment. She is very unprofessional not only in her demeanor but her appearance, especially for what she calls herself. I ultimately fired this firm and I suggest you do the same if you are a current client or if you are seeking an attorney DO NOT go with this firm. You will be disappointed. I see the positive reviews here are from their family members. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!

My experience started of smooth but then the process became prolonged for 17 months. I never got calls to advise of status on things, I always had to call to ask aboit my case. Overall I was very unhappy with the experience and outcomes of my case. Also be sure to read all fine prints before signing anything because i guarantee, you if you dont they will get ya!! most of the outcomes of the case goes to them. And you who has endured the pain suffering and time, is left with nothing!! I had to unfortunately learn things the hard way. I will never do buisness with this firm ever again.

DO NOT DO IT, keep looking... anyone else will do a better job than these people. You can tell it starts at the top, everyone there is unresponsive. Had to initiate every conversation, and badger the support staff for updates and push the attorneys. Had to hound them every step of the way. Then it took almost 60days for them to "process our settlement check" after the defendant paid.
