DO NOT use these people for real estate closings. These folks get a lot of business from real estate agents working the River Ranch and Indian Lake Estates areas who only care about their commission. Jennifer that handles the closing is awful to work with. She does not view anyone as a client and it seems actually works to slow down the process. In the case of RV lots they force the parties to use contracts that are completely overblown. I sold a property through a realtor that insisted we use Peterson Myers, 7 days later I sold another property on the same street without a realtor and we got our own closing agent who had the job done in 4 days, Peterson Myers took over 30 days, the property we sold and use our own agent also showed closed in the county records 60 days after closing, the Peterson Myers one still has not shown. Buyer and seller beware.
