I believe Mr. Kirschner is a very intelligent, very experienced defense lawyer. The problem is, I think he's either gotten to the point where he's overworked and doesn't have time for you, or he's just starting to care less than he used to. I could be wrong; I'm not really sure what the case is. I am sure that my husband sat in the SL County Jail for over 2 months, waitingfor his attorney to arrive. I had to get a different attorney just 12 days before his hearing, because Mr. Kirschner never did visit the jail even once to consult with his client. It was really sad, because I was out of state and couldn't do anything...in the end, I literally tried to beg him to go, but he would not respond. Sadly, things did not end well for my poor husband. "People don't care how much you know or who you know, until they know how much you care."

Jay is top notch. Have known him for years ...his staff is amazing, they really care about you as a person and will fight for you no matter what. Thanks for all your help Jonathan Jay Kirschner and family!

Again, i have had a reason to contact jay kirshner. Mr. Kirshner is the best. Honest and completely thorough. Not an attorney to just take your money. He goes over and above for just results. Anyone looking for the best criminal attorney cannot find a better one than jay.kirshner. he does not make promises he cannot keep and is very upfront about your legal case. He gets results and is second to none. From one who has used his services more than once for drug charges even out of the county when i was told to use a local atty. They dont get any better than mr. Kirshner.
