Never called back

I was going through a hard case with my adpotive mother and had to go hire a lawyer for a guardenship and mrs rhodes was amazing and her staff help me in everyway possible they are amazing and wonderful

I contacted this firm on behalf of my employer with a issue that involved the mishandling of a case by another firm. I was very clear that it was our intent to file against the other firm and asked point blank if they would have any trouble or issues with a case involving another law firm. I was asurred that they would have no problem. Over the last 7 months, they have done everything possible to avoid following through with our wishes. They have repeatedly tried to accommodate the other firm. Kept it out of court and now they have suggested that our best course of act is for us to report the firm in question to the bar. Even though it will not get us our money back- which was what we hired them for in the first place. It is clear that they never intended to help us. They simply said whatever we needed to hear to get the case.
