Excellent attorney for creating a lasting will! Scott spent time with me to understand my needs and desires for my will. He did an excellent job explaining legal jargon and plus/minuses for various choices. In the end, Scott helped me to create a will that will stand for years to come without the need for additional revisions. Thank you Scott and Gosia for your time and assistance!

Scott was a pleasure to work with! His attention to detail, quick response time, and thorough follow-up allowed for a seamless transition through the legal process. He provided responses and made himself available whenever I needed his services, even after normal business hours.

You really don't know how much you need a good lawyer until you need a good lawyer. We spent lots of time and money on another attorney that let us down after he collected money for wills and trusts. Due to that disappointment and the death of my parents, we found ourselves with no service after the sale. Fast forward 9 months and through reputation and recommendations, we found Scott Dixon. We feel so blessed to have found an honest hard-working representative to handle all of our probate and trust needs. We just can't thank him enough for taking such a burden off our shoulders and going above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I highly recommend Scott Dixon. Please do yourself a favor and hire this man and his team! The Karolick Family
My name is Christian Lindbaek and I highly recommend, Scott Dixon. As a personal injury attorney here in Melbourne I rely on Scott and his dedicated team of professionals. Over the years I have recommended Scott to all my clients who need help with their Estates, Planning, Probate, Wills, Guardianships, Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Elder Law. Every client has expressed appreciation for Scott’s hard work, professionalism, and results.
If you are looking for a positive, uplifting and professional attorney to deal with your family’s issues at your time of need or in the planning stages of life you won’t find a better fit than Scott Dixon.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review for Mr. Scott Dixon. From the moment I made the first appointment until my husband and I had our binder in hand, our experience has been exemplary. Mr. Dixon is not only friendly and witty, he is truly knowledgeable and up-to-date on elder law, wills, trusts and estate planning. My husband and I had lots of questions and wanted to dig into the best way to distribute our estate upon death. Mr. Dixon was able to give us the available options along with some of the ups and downs that went along with those options. This allowed us to make an informed decision. In addition, the process is not a one time event and the binder sits on our shelf. It is actually a working document that we reviewed with our son and Mr. Dixon wants to see us annually so we can discuss distribution changes and new laws. This allows us to build an ongoing relationship with our attorney. We are so thankful that Mr. Dixon took the time to get to know us and honor our requests. He is truly an asset to his firm.

From start to finish (creating a will/trust), it's been a terrific experience for my wife and I at Mr. Dixon's office. First, the office staff and his assistant are some of the best in politeness, friendliness and helpfulness that we've ever experienced. I know a lot of lawyer jokes; I was a cop for 25 years and I remain in the law enforcement community still. But, they are jokes. Scott Dixon is one of the best examples I can think of that I've never had a negative relationship with attorneys in all my time. He is wonderfully friendly and so unassuming, you may have to force him to admit he is important (he is). His knowledge of wills and trusts is amazing. My wife and I had a lot of questions and not only did he have the answers, he had real time examples to illustrate the point (no names used of course). Here's the thing that struck me the most abut Scott. He has intuition about people that beats anything I've ever seen. Right from the start, Scott knew how to deal with my wife and I, where any boundaries were, and just how to make us feel "at home." I don't mean he "handled us." It was a much more personal experience than that. I've talked a lot about personality that was easy to judge and very important. As far as our will/trust, we are extremely satisfied that it covers everything that needs to be covered and we understand a very complex document. To the extent that he was allowed by legal ethics, Scott was able to give advice or at least offer options and say "it's up to you." We never felt pressure to "do it Scott's way." You can go to an online service for a will or trust. You can go to a bargain "sale" on wills and trusts. Considering what is at stake, you need to go to a professional like Scott Dixon. If you're worried about money, don't. Figure out the hours he spends on your will or trust, what he will do in the future when needed, and what his expertise is worth. You really shouldn't go anywhere else.

Scott Dixon has been a friend for over 20 years and handles my will and trust issues. He knew how important it was to my wife and myself to protect our children's interests as well as making the transition for them as issue free and with compassion. I highly recommend him for your will and trust needs.

My wife and I went to Attorney Dixon for a rewrite of our will based on a recommendation of a close friend. I don’t think we could have been in better hands. He and his staff treated us as if we were family. Always professional yet with an abiding kindness and understanding that is sometimes missing with legal advisors. He helped us maneuver our way thru the, to us, daunting process. I would highly recommend him if you have a need to draft a will or, as was our case, to redraw an existing will from another state to comply with Florida Statutes. Scott is the consummate professional.

The man breaks the stereotypical, negative lawyer images. Not only is Scott extremely competent, but he is a warm gentleman with a great sense of humor who goes the extra mile to ensure you are fully informed, involved, and engaged in every aspect of the process. We had a wonderful experience with what we initially expected to be the tedious and difficult task of estate planning, Scott not only exceeded our expectations, but also made things easy and fun for us. The legal world would be a better place with more of his kind.

Scott Dixon has worked closely with the Community Foundation for Brevard, providing expert counsel and stewardship in helping clients navigate their charitable giving options and goals. He is a tremendous advocate, putting his clients' intentions, goals and needs first, which I have seen firsthand. He truly embodies the Widerman Malek commitment to 'service to our clients and community.'
