Platt, hopwood, russell, & Cole are amazingly wonderful people! They care, that's why they are in business. Mr. Platt isn't out to take you for every dime you have left to leave you with a shotty defense and terrible communication. He gives a hoot about you, and will never lie or dismiss you as another dollar. I have used him for so much and grown so fond of him and his office staff. They are just so great at what they do, and CARE! The single most important part in a good defense, is having someone by your side that is genuine. You just can't go wrong hiring this office!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Mr. Kurt Russell was absolutely outstanding in the handling of my case. My DL had been suspended erroneously and I'd been fighting for yrs to get it sorted. I'd been told by various lawyers for some time that my case was hopeless and that these things happen. And that I should simply learn from it and move on. That was not a option for me because I knew I was in the right. Mr. Russell did more than resolve my case in my favor. He single-handedly restored my faith in the profession as a whole. Once more I know and feel I was charged me a very fair price. I cannot recommend Mr. Russell enough. Thank you Kurt!

Way too much money. I'm talking so much, that I'm too embarrassed to even write it here. They also charge for any form of communication.

Usually take a week or two to respond, unless you call them direct, which is, of course more $$$$$$$$$. Tbh, the only time I've heard from them was when they were billing me.

I probably did about 90% of my own research, to provide evidence for them, which was never used. I understand you want keep some for reserve, but I felt like they were dragging this case on way more than need be.

The only positive thing I'll say is: they're aggressive in court.

Long story short: Stay far away. VERY VERY expensive and not worth it.

I didnt know where to go when I received my summons for loss of parental rights. Emily Ogden talked me through my options and has made seeing my kids again a reality. I couldnt be more grateful.

Best lawfirm in brevard county! Through my Divorce and after my lawyer Tiffani Cole has been nothing but amazing! She has taken the high road though my entire case and refused to even acknowledge pettiness or use it as a basis for her defense. She cares about childrens best interest, unlike what i have seen by other lawyers where their only concern is "winning" under any means necessary. This lawfirm is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and hard working! I don't know what i would of done without them all these years. I wish there was more than five stars to give. Tifffani Cole deserves way more.

This firm charged me far too much for my case, compared to even top attorneys in this area; caused my case to be lost by not responding to my requests and did not aggressively represent me in court despite charging for 2 attorneys to be present. They took almost nothing I said into consideration and seemed bent on virtually handing my entire home , Children and belongings over to my ex husband - failing to argue against the opposing attorney at every single turn. I have never been more dissatisfied with an attorney. They changed everything I asked them to do at the last minute and threatened me that if I didn't do what they said they'd quit- which after over $250,000 they did right before a hearing. The assistant was rude most of the time. Jack and Billie were representing. I have since learned of all the many mistakes they made in my case, through other attorneys and studying law. They insisted I use the psychological evaluator my ex husband chose and paid for which - suprise! only caused more damage to my case. I've since had everything this "evaluator" said proven false. If you are a female and want to have everything handed to your ex and pay for it , this is the attorneys office for you.

Jack Platt, Kurt Russell and Amanda were tremendous. I could not have been more please with, or expected the dedication they put into my case!! They are a great group of people to work with. I would recommend no other law firm.
