We paid this lawyer $5800 and the only thing he did was move my husband court dates and nothing else, he wanted my husband to take a plea so bad after we told him that we wanted to take the case to trial (another $2500) he was demanding when he said he could get.
the case dismissed..a joke.
I will be going to the Florida bar and i will find someone to investigate this crook.One day after he withdrew from from the case beacuse i refused to pay 2500 before having at least a pre trial date my husband was taken into custody because they revoked his bond A DAY AFTER HE Withdrew from the case.Now my husband is sitting in jail for a crime he did not commit and no bond.Thanks Jeffrey

Jeffrey Garland was able to do what my previous two attorney's were unable/unwilling to do.
