Biggest scam there is.. do not buy this aftermarket warranty

HORRIBLE!!!! I spoke to John in the claims department and he is VERY rude and disrespectful. They dropped the ball on my claim and now I have to pay the difference from my vehicle that was totaled last may by an object that fell off of another vehicle. They denied getting paperwork from my insurance company at the end of may and when my insurance company offered to send the confirmation paper showing Apex received it the supervisor refused and said “ it will not change our decision”. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Save your money they are a BIG JOKE.

This protection plan doesn't cover anything. I took my vehicle in without ever having it serviced and I was told I needed a update on my vehicle for my transmission. This is a pretty expensive update and I'm not sure why a brand new vehicle would need such a thing but Apex would not cover it. The customer service was also rude and they don't even reimburse you for a rental car, they State they do but in the end you will be coming out of pocket. I do not recommend a Apex for anyone unless you want to be broke and spend your money on something that's worthless.
