I have nothing but great things to say about Theresa Dean. She was my voice when I hadn’t had one for years being bullied by my ex. She was patient with me and I always left her office feeling more confident than entering. She is just an all around great person that took time out to help whenever it was needed. I highly recommend her for divorce and custody matters.

I hired Mrs.Dean as my lawyer and she has helped me in more ways than i ever expected . When in that court room she definitely has her ducks in a row and is ready for whatever is thrown at her ..
As far as her receptionist she has been just as helpful and VERY RESPECTFUL ..

Theresa Dean was appointed as the Amicus in my sister's custody case. She spoke to my sister once before receiving payment,and after we could never get in touch with her. Her receptionist is also very rude and does not do a very good job of talking to clients,taking messages,and being fails at being respectful. I will do what I can to get her disbarred for her faulty practices.

I dont know what you have to do to get the 5 star theresa in court. I paid her 2500 to handle a private adoption in 2009 and not one paper was filed with the courthouse, voluntary termination of parental rights was signed and notarized in her office with witnesses...9 1/2 years later the birth mother took my daughter back and police said I have no rights. When I would call the secretary would say she would have her call me back and if I did speak to her she would ask me what we were waiting for to proceed...that's kind of why I paid you bc I dont know the process myself smh. I lost a child I raised for over half her life and nearly lost my own trying to get through the emotional breakdown I suffered after. I am also contacting the state bar to file a complaint and hopefully they revoke her ability to practice law. I wouldn't wish what I went thru on anyone else. Seems like once she has your money she asks for she stops working...maybe the ones that got better service had more money to spend with her, I was just trying to make it as a single mom by choice, raising someone elses child since I was not able to have my own and I thought hiring a lawyer would protect us from something like this. I cant imagine how she must feel being taken from the mom that raised her and placed with one she barely saw.
