I called yesterday, 20 minutes before closing, and asked if they had any openings to do the spray in bed liner for my truck. The gentleman was very polite and said to bring it in early and he will squeeze me in.

They finished in 2 hours and change and called me to let me know it was ready. $350 + tax was a great deal. Truck looks great and they were very friendly during the entire experience.

Thank you for a job well done!

*Added- I also want to mention I have LED lights in the bed of the truck...didn't even charge me extra for the extra work. Awesome business, don't be fooled by low rating.

Terrible timing. Really rude. Just a TERRIBLE experience. Almost been a month and still has not been worked on.

Greg and the Team are fantastic at getting the job done and in a quality way. I appreciate the time that Greg took with me as a new customer and was very responsive, available, and ensured that each task was completed in a way which exceeded my expectations.

Kyle and Greg are great guys, he cares about delivering quality work and stands behind it. This auto group however seems to be plagued with growth issues, accountability, and basic customer service awareness. I've had to change my review from a 5 down to a 2 after taking the below into consideration, and non-responsiveness to the requested estimate.

They seemed genuine and sincere. In 2012 they did a great job and showed that they cared about their customers. In Dec 2013 however they parked our vehicle near where they were doing concrete jack hammering work and when I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed a broken window from a piece of concrete that flew up. Why would a paint shop park ANY customers car in the same parking lot or vicinity of workers jack hammering concrete? My vehicle was covered with concrete dust as well. They said they were going to wash it, but did not. They never provided me with a requested estimate for repair of damages to my vehicle that I had them inspect, even when I requested through their Sr. Executive management. I drove all the way from NW Houston to come here as well.
