I have used Mr. Cairo a few times over the past 14 years, Every time he has done a great job and I have come out on top each time. Yes they charge for what they do but so does every other firm out there. He is the best for sure.

Con Artist for sure. Took my retainer, said he could have my divorce wrapped up in a month, basically stole my money. I remember asking him why he charges $400 an hour and he told me you pay for what you get. Do your research, they will nickel and dime you to death, use up your retainer and then bill you for a few extra thousands then drop you and get a Charging Lien against you....

I was checking for a friend going through marital problems to see if Mr. Cairio was still practicing law in Hernando county. So when I saw some of these reviews my jaw dropped. He is a stand up man and was so supportive of me through my divorce 7 years ago. He has done things for my 80 yr old plus father that no ho hum attorney would ever do, pro bono. I have no ulterior motives then say if you want the best representation in legal matters, i would go no where else.

I've been working with this firm for quite a while now on a child custody case and have always been pleased with their services. They are fast to respond, understanding, courteous, and (most importantly) knowledgeable. I'd recommend Mary, Nicole, Mr. Cario, and the rest of the team to anyone in need of assistance.

MOST RECENTLY I SHOUD HAVE HAD TO GO TO JAIL AND HE GOT MY WARRANT DROPPED AND I WAS DRIVING SHORTLY AFTER(BECAUSE THE WARRANT WAS GONE I KNEW I WOULDNT GET ARRETED DRIVING MY CAR) WITH NO FINE CHARGES OR MENTION OF THE WARRANT AGAIN HE HAD IT DISSMISSED BEFORE THE JUDGE GOT IT AND MADE IT SO I DIDNT HAVE TO BE PROCESSED AT THE JAIL AND HAVE A MUGSHOT ID RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITH LEGAL TROUBLES.

They are crooks and con artists. Over charge for everything, took a $9,000 retainer that they said wouldn't make it past mediation on a case to establish paternity. My wife and I ended up getting back together and after spending minimal time on our case, refuses to refund any of the retainer. I would highly suggest you do not go with this crook of a law firm. We have filed a complaint with the florida bar as it is the law to refund the un used portion of the retainer. We never even seen Mr cario face to face. They are impossible to contact unless it's to take your money, and will not send emails or return calls. Waste of time and money. Thank god we worked it all out, in sure he would have done the paperwork wrong.... RUN AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM.

If you want the most expensive law firm in Hernando county, this is the firm to go with. I overheard verbally at the courthouse by the owner was that "80% of what we do is a bluff, the other 20% is work". And for their legal assistant Mary McClure, this woman has no personality and is nasty. But you be the a judge for yourself.
