I didn't have a bad experience with an attorney with this firm but I called and asked to speak with Mr. Gary Finigan for a personal matter because this number was listed as a good call back number and I was transferred to a lady named Heather, I can only assume she was a receptionist or maybe even an assistant not exactly sure but she was so rude and had no customer service skills at all. She is not someone who should be handling calls!

The firm was local and I had heard that they were very hands on and personable. I was surprised that the phone was answered with "Hello, this is Cathy". For a second, I thought I may have dialed the wrong number until I asked if this was the office of Chalkey & Smith. The reason for my call was to set up an appointment to see if I qualified for disability. My call was transferred to someone else who told me I "did not" qualify and that their firm could not help me in any way with my request. Needless to say, I am sorry that I even called them. Overall, I felt my experience with them was very unprofessional.
