I totally understood that there were no guarantees. Mr. Aulls would do all that he could to get the citation dismissed or reduced.

Pro:
* Mr. Aulls represented me which removed my requirement to travel out of town to attend court.
* The issue was closed with no points being added to my driving record.
* Should I have the misfortune of receiving another citation within the next 12 months I believe the traffic school option will exist.
* Attorney fees were reasonable.
* The office staff was great to work with.

Con:
* The charges were settled as nolo contendere (which I now understand will be on my driving record and will be considered the same as pleading guilty as far as my car insurance company and employer are concerned).
* The misunderstanding that I thought that I was contesting the charges because of multiple facts related to my citation.

Communicating the pros & cons of how a client pleads would have been helpful. I'm assuming the case was settled in my best interest but I really don’t know if the option of "not guilty" was explored.

Best lawyer around. He is straight forward and cuts to the points.

He told me he would go to court to continue my case, first court date he doesnt show and I'm not satisfied with the outcome.. also the receptionist was rude and didnt "have time" to explain stuff to me AFTER I PAID MY FEES.

When you have the unthinkable happen it's nice to have someone like Ashley to call. The worst situation seemed like a walk in the park to him keeping me calm ( which is not a small feat) and walking us step by step through it all. I called regarding a misdemeanor warrant in Hernando County for a charge 4yrs old that I had never been charged or arrested for the attorney waived my fee and gave me legal advise to resolve the case

A client came to my office with local charges as well as a very complicated felony VOP case in Hernando County.
