Very unprofessional. Doesn't return phone calls or emails. She lied to me at one point and told me she had transferred my file to Marion County when in fact she had not. Then, later said it couldn't be done. She did absolutely nothing to help me and kept my $1500.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!
