I was involved in a rollover accident on a semi truck in Florida. The state trooper that showed up on scene determined then I was going to fast on a curve causing me to rollover, I explained to him that I had a blowout on my tire on an overweight load that caused me to lose control therefore making me roll over. Even though I had explained to the state trooper the situation he went ahead and issued me a careless driving citation. After this accident I got laid off by the company I was working for because of the careless driving citation. Since then I found a new job elsewhere. I am a commercial truck driver, if this citation would have stuck It could have cost me my new job and my career. It would have made it really hard for me to find a good job for someone else as a truck driver. I contacted Musca law for assistance. This citation was deferred for about 6 months due to rescheduling of Courts. Musca Law maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process. They stayed in constant communication with me. On July 25th 2019 nearly six months after the citation was originally issued I got a call from the firm stating that they were able to get the case dismissed in court!!
