Unfortunately I cannot vote negative stars. Either he is incredibly incompetent or he is operating as a vigilante. Don’t waste your money or emotions on this joke of an attorney. And the wife receptionist participated in these bizarre, condescending behaviors as well. It’s such a shame.

Mr Evilsizer is a crook and takes people’s money doesn’t return phone calls or schedule court dates you request. Make sure you don’t speak your mind to him about his bad work ethics or he will discharge you and leave you high and dry. Stay far away from him and his receptionist “wife” who is also a criminal stealing people’s money and charging them for doing nothing. You don’t want this guy as your attorney, because he’s no attorney.

Eric EVILsizer was quick to return the initial bait and hook call 7/16/19, however, that was the one and only time we heard from him. He said he would stop by to see my brother whom is still incarcerated by end of last week 7/19/19 but never seen or heard from him. I guess that’s why we should read reviews right? So, anyway, we were told he was the “BEST” so we sent the $1500.00 down payment (retainer fee) against the $4000.00 he said it would cost us and 4 business days later still never hearing from or seeing Mr. EVILsizer. We tried calling all day yesterday 7/22/19 & 7/23/19 today and kept getting a recording saying “We’re sorry, but this has been disconnected” well that wasn’t good so then the address we sent the money to was an address for a UPS store Inverness....Well I’m sorry I understand Mr. EVILsizer may be a very busy man, however, if you agreed to do a job then by god at least reassure “your new clients” that you are doing said job. Or at least reviewed it. Not leave them hanging in limbo. So, I’m sorry Mr. EVILsizer ***PLEASE NOTE*** we ***HAVE STOPPED*** payment on the check today 7/23/19 and we will NO LONGER be needing your services Sir.

this is the worst attorney - he doesn't answer your calls - takes your money then cant prove he ever done anything -STAY AWAY - pay the extra money to an attorney that wants to be your attorney -DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GUY

Evilsizer took my son's case last year regarding child custody and parental time sharing..
My son now has 50/50 of his son!! I'm sure his ex isn't done though so we will still need Evilsizer! It is worth it! Not only is he personable and down to earth but he's just real!!! If you are clingy and need to have your lawyer call you everyday this isn't the guy for You! He is busy getting results! I think someone in another review mentioned his ex still remembers or will never forget the name Evilsizer lol...my son's ex will probably never forget it either!
Evilsizer is fair by all accounts and was not crooked or underhanded. He was upfront without making false promises. He made us relaxed throughout the whole process. We love him!

Crook.. a man that takes your money.. doesnt call schedule court dates..nothing 6 months later sends abill for $2500 for doing NOTHING..literally. man should be locked up and his receptionist thing.

Had wife plead guilty for something she or I didnt do this is a DCF case he is on in stead of fighting for her he has her plead guilty 3500 bucks waste on this dude so unfair we had people to testify and doctors paper work to prove we take care of are kids and people that was here at the house over the weekend don't hire this man for DCF cases by the way we fired him
