He actually care about his clients. I have personally refered friends and family because I know he cares and he will get you paid what you deseve if you are in a car accident. If im in another car accident my first call with be to Mr Malki .

Amazing amazing amazing! Getting in a car accident and having to sue is never a fun process. Having said that, Afram and the staff at Malki Law made this process so easy and stress free for me. Malki Law was able to get me the money I deserved plus some. Also, him and his team were kind enough to schedule me at the chiropractor. I did not have to worry about anything. Very punctual and responsive, even to texts.

After assuring me that I had a good case and he will fight for me and blah blah blah this guy drops me as a client thru mail of course after I get treatment and my ins was billed. Would not even return my call back to explain to me why. I was not going to argue with him, i just needed to know why. Now I have spoken to another attorney. He requested me to get my file from Malki Law, which I did and still nothing, I bet this guy didnt even do work. the lady at front office was nice, which is why he gets 1 star. he claims to be the best in the Tampa Bay area? Dont think so. I just want my file and that is it, that is even if I have a file. Then to top it off, I get my file sent to me and there is nothing, in fact, I also got sent someone else personal info. SMFH. Waste of time and hope. He is a joke and a fraud

If I could give this place a 0 I would’ve , this is by far the WORST lawyer I’ve ever encountered! The staff John, Stacey and brittney were a bit off but they were just doing their job, Mr. Malki himself is not worth calling a lawyer ! He told his staff to tell me they don’t have time for me today because I called in frustrated after being lied to everyday for OVER a month, being pushed off EVERYDAY to buy himself time because he’s disorganized ! The staff give so many different stories their lies eventually stops adding up. He’s also a RIP OFF. He attract clients he can rip off because they don’t know any better! You’re better off going to a higher paid attorney like Morgan and Morgan, you will at least get EVERYTHING you deserve. I DONT recommend any to this accident firm! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for sometimes !

Worst office I have ever dealt with no organization, professionalism, or communication. I got switched to another paralegal named Noemi who doesn't know squat about anything. Every time I've spoken to her, she has no idea about anything and tells me the wrong information about everything, then has the nerve to snap at me the client for her giving me not only mis information but wrong information at that. Complete joke! When obtaining an attorney, you don't always win that I completely understand, but this office is a hot mess! Never again! Do not recommend at all.
