I have used the Florida Legal Advocacy Group many times. As the owner of a construction company, I've needed contracts reviewed, legal opinion on issues, and direction making decisions that affect my company and me. It's my belief the service I have received from Stanley Plappert has been above and beyond what I would have received with other firms.

very happy with Mr. Plappert, only complaint I have is I think every time you call and are charged for the phone call is a bit much, attorney fees are high enough without charging for phone calls. Just my opinion nothing against Mr. Plappert he is a great attorney.

I am a veteran on very low income. I was denied medication, bandages and tape by the Villiges VA. My case is solid so i called Stanley Plappert legal office for help. The first gentleman got me a phone interview so i called back for the interview and a young lady answered and told me they new nothing of my interview then hung up on me. These people answering the phones are very unprofessional so i do not recommend these non american caring people.

I had the pleasure working with Melissa Thibeault on my custody and she came through for me on it, every step of the way. She was very professional and had great communication with me even with me being an out of state case. She kept me informed on every step of my case and gave me great representation. She knows family law through and through. I highly recommend her for custody cases. I am very satisfied with my service provided through Florida Legal Advocacy Group.

Everything you want or need in representation. Honest, knowledgeable, thorough and reasonably priced. I've represented myself, very effectively, more than once in court. That having been said, I could have not gotten through this latest legal issue without the guidance and support that I was given from Melissa Thibeault's. She kept me informed every step of the process and was VERY patient with my own temper/anxiety issues about the ordeal. I could not recommend them enough.

Dindnt like service

This place lost my payments twice. Sent me a drop client letters and one to the opposing attorney both times. I got charged and office visit and a counsel call in and, for the letters. This was done after paying him a $1000 each time. They lost my agreement and when i got a letter going to court called (charged) they said don't know why we are going to court let me check. No one turned in the modification I agreed to. Since we were going to court they bank sent a new one and it was different. More money a huge balloon at the end. When I said this is not what I agreed to, Stan stated if you want to keep your house sign it today. After the dropped client letter was sent the bank figured I was out of money and started strong arming and the Attorney folded. Many times he told me to just let the house go even though I told him it was the fist house we stopped moving in out of the military and was sentimental. I have received bills from the office, with a total of $248 still due in a computer print out and a hand written $1400. Considering they lost payments over and over again and will not give me a print out of what was paid verses what was charged how do they expect anything? I would not recommend this place to anyone. It has been a hardship since this attorney worked for me. After the signing when I contacted them to advise I was being billed outside my agreement they said that is just the way it goes. At one point and time I contacted them that there were lawn care being charged to my address for the vacant house next door. The lawn company in big black marker had marked the door next door with my address and the lawn care business name. When I called and sent pictures I was assured I would not have to pay that. Well the bank added $6300 to the loan for paying for a lawn service. Lost money all around save your money find a better attorney. Oh and I was charged for the apology letters they sent me for miss applying my money.
