There is nothing worse than not knowing what you’re doing or supposed to be doing while purchasing a home. Thankfully I used Felix Adams office for the closing of my house. Felix and his office assistants were there for me throughout the whole process no matter how many times I called or emailed asking a question. They were very patient with me and explained the whole process several times. I am very thankful to have gotten such a spectacular experience!

This firm is great. We had a loss in the family and needed someone fast. Within a day we were set up and ready to go. We were from out of town and they did a great job of communicating with us via email and snailmail. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Mr. and Mrs. Adams are two of the best lawyer's you will ever find to put their heart and soul into the case at hand once you retain them. They get right down to the nitty gritty to do everything they can to walk out of the court room with more hope then you could ever get from any other law firm in Sumter Co... The case they took on for me was a family case in which they no longer took anymore but, they knew i was being backed in a corner and wouldn't have come out on top no matter how hard i fought. The case went to court twice. The first time in front of the judge he couldn't believe that the DCF attorney even brought that into his courtroom wasting his time, Mr. Adam's time as well as my time. He lifted what DCF ordered and basically took that attorney back to law school and told the DCF lawyer he was disgusted that he took the false " accusations " and made a case of it... The second time in court the judge demanded to see council in his chamber's. In less then 5 minutes they came back out an he told the DCF attorney the he had better not ever bring another case such as that in his court room again and then looked at ne and apologized that DCF so disgustingly put me through the hell they put me through. He felt he couldn't apologize enough for what i had been put through by then and he said the case was dismissed. I literally broke down in front of the judge because i was literally put the torture as well as my children. Hands down best law firm in Bushnell...

Staff is friendly enough but Mr Adams seems to take on more cases than he can handle in a timely manner. He is a very pleasant individual who is honest and not out to gouge people with excessive fees but think twice if you have a legal issue that you need resolved quickly.
