Had pd at first offered 90 days then hammon got hired and got me 60i sai i couldn't do jail time he said he needs 5000 to go to trial i explained i dont have that but i had the 2500 that i owed initially he said yeah im withdrawing because i didnt have all moneey up front he had no details for me i asked for probation he sais no way i need 5000 more for trial i went back to mark porello public defender that i was with at first he got me mail in probation i shouldv4e stayed with him and saved my money was not happy with him
