Don't expect to ever get him on the phone. He actually sent another lawyer that I had never met who was completely unfamiliar with my case to represent me in court many times. I saw that guy more than I ever saw the lawyer I shelled out $1500 for. Not sure how he's even getting five stars but if you've got anything more serious than a traffic ticket going on, don't hire this guy.

Hmm let's see. He loves getting your $1000 upfront but never shows up for court dates. Costs you more money than you think! Doesn't know enough about anything and very unprofessional, and I can't say that enough.

This is a pathetic situation. On two occasions I had to call my lawyer on the morning of the court dates to remind him that we had court. On the third occasion I called him again and he never even returned my call.It is very unnerving wondering if your lawyer is even going to show up. He finally did show up at the last minute and in front of the judge he tells me that my best option is to take the plea deal: $250 restitution and $230 in court costs. The court costs ended up being $650. I was told not to worry, that I could make payments. Well, the fact is, you CANNOT make payments; EVER!! It was explained to me that I would lose my concealed weapons permit. It was also never explained to me that I wouldn't be able to pass a background check! This was a misdemeanor battery and I have failed two background checks! So at sixty-three years old, on social security disability I cannot get a job. Repeated calls to him for advice have resulted in nothing, no return calls. I made the mistake of paying up front for his services and he took the money and ran! This individual never lived up to his word and never kept his promises!
