I would not refer this firm to my worst enemy. After waiting 17 months for a hearing, they dropped me six (6) weeks before my hearing. And, several weeks before dropping me, I expressed my grave concerns over the lack of a status concerning my case the assistant to my attorney, Cathy said to me, "well it's not like we have a hearing date, yet". When in fact, the hearing date was set. I gave her a piece of advice, and told her that she might want to review the client's file *before* speaking with the client ... and this was a face to face conversation!! Hey Cathy, when I go in this afternoon to my hearing ALONE, I'll advise the judge that you told me my hearing was yet to be set. Yes, highly professional firm. And, to you Mr. Hightower, all the money you spent in 2016 to advertise your firm, you might as well have bought a boat because you threw it down a hole. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire and I have over 1,500 friends on social media that I will be sharing my negative experience with. And, they'll tell their friends and so on and so on. You do the math ($$$). Thanks for hanging this civilian out to dry. I'll let you know how my hearing goes today. Oh, and thanks for the unprofessionalism. It's gonna really take your firm far.

She was in a very bad automobile accident, the other party was clearly at fault and their insurance did not want to even pay her medical bills.
