I called Morgan & Morgan to make a appointment to come in for a consultation. I was asked several questions about what I needed help with. I couldn't get him to understand, he just didn't get it. I told him that I have the paperwork that could explain it better than I can if I could come in and talk to someone. And I told him that I've had 2 closed head injury's and can't understand things anymore. He just said that they only do consultations over the phone and that he couldn't help me. Handy cap people with brain injury's and need help following directions, and need a face to face interview. Sorry not here in Kissimmee. I thought that's what they do.

I used Morgan 20+ years ago when he was with another attorney. He cared then and I believe he still cares not just for us but for all the people.

Little communication, did not call me back for 2 weeks, lied about my settlement amount in the begining and then robbed half my settlement. I will NEVER go back to Morgan and Morgsn. They are for the powerful, themselves.

Don't believe the advertising of "for the people" or insurance companies know that we're Serious. I was bit by a dog in a very nice neighborhood in front of the owner's home which is valued at a million dollars. Thank God it wasn't severe But I did incur expense pain and suffering . Despite my sending all the information to the attorney including the owner's name address driver's license animal control bite report and notarized statements I received a letter advising they no longer wanted to represent me as the owners would not respond to their correspondence. So my advice is if you ever receive a letter by Morgan and Morgan simply ignore them, they will go away!

All these Attorneys want to do is settle out of court getting you less money. I made the biggest mistake of my life hiring them in 2005. Though because they were so big that they would get me a reasonable settlement for a collision where I was run off the road causing a back injury that I had to have 2 back surgeries, 1 was major. They told me I would get my lost wages $150,000.00 per year, all my $500,000.00 medical bills paid, and punitive damages . Well I got nothing because 2 weeks before my case went to court, they went to the Judge and withdrew from my case so I got nothing but unpaid bills, bad credit and collections. Do NOT make the same mistake I did by hiring the liars because that’s what they are. They are NOT for the people they are for putting millions of dollars in their pockets while people suffer.
