Don helped me with a complicated employment matter. He provided excellent legal advice and counsel. He did what he said he would do and he did it well...and in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Called twice and the 2nd time somehow he accidently picked up and he was talking about how individualsi would call for his assistance and he would have the assistant tell the person in need that he would not be in til the weekend just to avoid talking to them .so I hung up and called back and sure enough the assistant told me he was gone for the week .All this after the first call that she put me on hold for me to talk to him and then poof we were diconnected. Place is a joke

Don set an appointment for me quickly, which was good since everything was happening so fast at work. I came prepared to our meeting with all my evidence and paperwork. We discussed and strategized the case for a little over an hour and came up with a plan. This helped me prepare for my final meeting with my employer, and ensured the best possible outcome. I had the opportunity to work with Don McManus over the past 2 months. I needed help reviewing a severance agreement. I didn't know where to start looking to find a lawyer, so, I called about 4 practices in Orlando. I didn't feel comfortable about making a decision until I talked to Don on the phone.
At other practices, I talked to what seemed to be non-lawyer note-takers, not having any insight into my situation at the end of the call, as well as having anxiety about a huge bill that I had no idea if it was worth it.
Don actually talked to me personally on the phone, giving me an idea of what he had experienced. He was very up front about expectations, and the cost was the most reasonable I had found.

This is some kind of joke. The height of unprofessionalism and harassment that's masked with well-mannered, well-meaning hypocrisy. The "attorney" milks your time, makes you believe there is something he will do about your situation, preys on your emotional state and vulnerability. He should really be disciplined by the bar for what he allows himself behind closed doors. I wish people knew what to expect before they went to see him. Not a word of truth comes out of his mouth.

Don McManus bullies his clients, just like he is trying to bully those who want to tell about their experience online. He has no respect for people's rights including their right to freedom of speech.
