They ask for your Birth date so, I can only assume they run a soft hit on your credit before they decide to take a case or not!!! The person I spoke with completely changed her tune after a few minutes!!! I'm sure that's when she decided that they didn't want my case!!! "For The People", yeah right!!!! For The Money, is what it should be!!!

I will never, ever work with Morgan&Morgan again.... If I could give them less than 0 stars I would. I had a slip and fall when i was 33wks pregnant and after giving birth i trusted them to do what they could for me, I suffer from generalised anxiety disorder nd was told not to worry avout my physical therapy BECAUSE I had a NEW BABY and anxiety that prevented me from leaving my home as often as I'd like. I never spoke to my lawyer, in fact my lawyer was switched 3 times. No communication, lies and laziness.
Just so disappointed. You guys represent so many families and try to speak on family values and trust, you screwed me AND my children.

Told me I had a case but not one they wanted to take on,
They say for the people, yet they weren't for my case, not even a good reason, is it not enough money for them, or is it not sure they could win,

I have never had much interaction with any attorney firm in my 58 years. However I can tell you right now that this firm is one of the most professional organizations that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Being someone lucky enough to never having to seek counsel, I did not have a lawyer and wasn't sure on how to go about selecting one. I received criticism for using a lawyer who advertises, but I felt I could have done no better, by picking an attorney out and a directory. Morgan & Morgan has been around for at least 30 years. They have the resources available to them, to handle a good case.

Seeking services from Morgan & Morgan, was the best thing I could have done for myself. They were efficient and communicated well. My attorney assigned to my case, was sensitive to my feelings, but was direct about facts. Additionally, he negotiated my settlement vigorously, even though it was much smaller than other cases, I am sure he was handling. Once everything was in place, my settlement went through swiftly.

For anyone searching for Council, I would recommend Morgan and Morgan, anytime and would use them again, if needed. Their fees were reasonable and I did not come out of pocket up front for anything.

I have 100% faith in Morgan & Morgan. They are organized and know what they are doing. I absolutely made the right decision by calling them.

Too many significant things to speak on; however, it can be stated you do not speak with a person with actual intelligence let alone a secretary from an actual office but a call center for sure! I filled out an online form with all the info needed even a concise paragraph of the matter being dealt with. Spoke to a gentleman who I verified my common info as far as name, and phone number he asked for my email I stated it wasn’t necessary for me to provide that until I even knew it would be a case that cloud be challenged... his response: is there anything else I can help you with... my answer: no... thank you for calling Morgan and... . So I called back thinking maybe that individual just wasn’t ready for today whatever he may be dealing with regardless I saddled up for round two with the mindset second time is the charm!? Well a lady picked up, I only confirmed my name and phone and she even read back my well written paragraph of the incident. This individual advised me that she would have to transfer me to a “labor dispute department” which I find out after having gone through reciting everything again from top to bottom and anything in between I’m being told that I don’t qualify for the “class-action” lawsuit; in which, I never asked to pursue. I simply wanted to verify if I actually had a case and if so why they Morgan and Morgan would not be able to assist if this was going to be the outcome, then fine tune my searching until I can find someone legitimate like anyone else shopping around right... instead I have a young girl whom clearly doesn’t even understand how to comprehend the WORD comprehend. I couldn’t get frustrated at her just felt sorry for the fact she lacked basic grammar skills to understand the basic askings of the question actually being asked. It was then I realized amongst other hints there is no way I’m speaking with even the secretary of the law office but some call center somewhere. Yep funny but very serious. I thanked her for her time although nothing at all was understood (she definitely not a foreigner operator) with the exception of understanding we both needed to get off the phone right now. Welp... I did give them a try... I called the Deltona, Fl number shown by google to reach a local office
