DONT BOTHER ITS A CROCK! Signed agreement and paid for service didnt hear from them for 2 months but did receive a lic suspension notification. I emailed/called and they said someone would call me back with 48 hrs. The person that called back said it was the "courts error" not to worry all was set. 3 days later I received a letter from ticket clinic that I was found guilty and points being assessed to my lic. I call back again totally confused and again 48 hrs to receive a response. The person that called (Tim) was rude and refused to comply with moneyback guarentee because of a redlight camera infraction within two years?!?! False advertisements! This was a total crock, you can tell they did nothing with my case/ticket took my money and forgot about it once they realized I would be suspended at the cost of thier irresponsibility accepted the guilty verdict with points accessed againt my lic. This was a total loss out of $300 still have points and still have to pay the ticket....NEVER AGAIN!

My husband hired the ticket clinic for a speeding ticket that he received. TTC were unable to have the judge withhold adjudication or dismiss the case and he was assessed $361.00 in court costs and assigned penalty points. He had zero points on his license up to that point and would never use their services again.
