As majority of people I never excerpted to one day find myself filing for chapter 7 (keep in mind I never had a late payment or financial problems in the past), before filing I did have meetings with 10 different lawyers and unfortunately got 10 different answers making it very difficult to choose.

I Am glad I did not make a decision base on price alone since Mr.Alper was somewhat more expensive but for some reason I felt more comfortable
( one reason I felt better was because Mr. Alper had all answers without need to research difficult subjects like the other 9 firms I had meetings with told me when I asked questions that was not a basic chapter 7 topic)
especially because my situation included a complicated business debt structure and multiple property's potentially at risk if not filed properly. (To give you an idea of how difficult my case was it took over a year from filing to close)

The confirmation I made the right decision come at the Meeting with the Trustee, Mr Alper meet me in court and we witness 3 other people interviewed before I did and I can tell you I become very nervous once I saw the trustee extra questioning because of sloppy paperwork and lack of awareness regarding certain details of each case ,then was my turn.

Trustee examined our paperwork asked me 3 questions and told us to have a good day, I now can tell that was only because the paperwork Jackie help me complete had all the info the Trustee needed at the time and made all the difference compare to the people interviewed before.

Fast forward I did received an email from Jackie couple days back with the Closing Order attached and now is finally over ,the moral of the story this is not the time to value experience over cost if you looking for to put a bad chapter in your life behind and have the fresh start you looking for.

I wanted to write an extremely positive review about Alper Law. I have worked with many attorneys and I have to be honest, Jonathan is the best I have worked with, if you need an attorney or even advise. I recommend you calling and speaking with them. They have been extremely responsive and always helpful. I just cannot say enough about them, pick up the phone and let them help you, you won't regret it.

$200 -$400 half/hourly rate just to CONSULT is a rediculous price to pay for knowing that this firm might not even be a good fit for you.

As a property manager, we have the unfortunate and distasteful task of performing evictions from time to time. Alper law firm has assisted us with this task. They are very prepared, responsive, and reasonably priced. I recommend them for evictions.

"It can't be!" I said out loud in disbelief with no one but myself to hear. Staring blankly at my banking app on my cell, I couldn't believe my eyes. All seven checking and savings accounts reduced to $0.00 balance. I logged off the app and logged back on hoping it was a website glitch, still all zeros, all my funds completely vanished. Not wasting a minute I called the bank, they had nary a clue. Drove to the bank and entered the familiar building sure footed confident everything was okay and made my way to my safe deposit box. The bank staff who are usually overtly cheerful to me were suddenly quiet. Their silence held my greatest fear. As I stepped closer to the safe deposit area from over my right shoulder someone shouted out "You can't go in there." Then and there I knew something out of my control and dreadfully wrong had happened. Pay day from work came next and a rather large amount of my check was missing. Not knowing where to turn for help feeling alone and disconsolate and having absolutely, positively, and utterly no faith whatsoever in lawyers from from being let down in the past, I turned to a friend for advice. I recently suffered a devastating job loss and found myself looking to Alper Law for help. I had the honor and privilege of being represented by the honorable Gideon Alper and the Alper Law’s long time paralegal Jackie Royal (who I found to be empathetic and in her own right as knowledgeable as most attorneys I consulted with).
