Took money but never solved the issue. Messy land deal. Other parties lawyer produced quick claim deeds. Title company had to write 3 affidavits, my lawyer refused. He needed to work with third parties lawyer. Instead of follow thru he let it sit. Then said he would be gone for 2 weeks. I had to get the developer to take over so deal could be closed.
At 72 I believe he is past his prime. To me he seemed no longer able to develop and execute a plan of action.
