Always there for me and great advice

Apparently this Attorney Mr. Ortiz rents out office space to other attorney’s. I had paperwork my attorney said she was leaving at the front for me to pick up... I called the law office to ask if they could email it to me not knowing this rent/space situation... and Mr. Ortiz answered and was the rudest person on the face of the earth. Obviously, they do not teach customer service skills in law school. First and foremost, my question was beneath him so I suggested I would call back as I wasn’t aware they were closed. He insisted I tell him the reason for my call. When he thought I was a new customer he put on a great fake care and concern to talk to me. I then let him know the situation and reason for my call since he persisted to ask... I was going to ask if the women at the front of she would email me the order versus me picking it up because I was traveling on business in Dallas for a week and I wanted to get the order signed. He yelled at me and stated this attorney needed to use her own resources and I should call her. (How exactly if I visit Ortiz Law Firm to meet my attorney am I suppose to know she rents an area and doesn’t work there??) Completely uncalled for the way I was treated. Star rating should be zero.

Burned out of $4000. Didnt do anything whatsoever. I already had done all the work he had he just put it on his attorney paperwork. Must of been the easiest $4000 ever made.

I would not want another attorney law firm other than Ortiz Law firm. Through my experiences in lifes fallouts. Attorney and "Counselor", at law; They are more than helping you with a case. That word counselor has many definitions. Therefore at the end of the day not only will Ortiz Law Firm be your attorney and counselor, but your counselor when you don't even know it. Patience is a virtue.I don't know if you guys know it but you really have helped me more than you may be aware. I appreciate your understanding and being there for me. I just received mail from all these other law firms. Monday I received a traffic violation. I wonder if you guys will send me a letter. :) I have court next,month. Id rather let Ortiz Law Firm counsel me.
