Well they did there job but wish the world of communicated more with me

They have been handling my case for five years now. I understand the SS timing is not theirs, but submitting current records is! I took SEVERAL updated records to them only to find out when I read my denial letter only to find they hadn't submitted the newer ones. Furthermore, when I was finished with a phone call, I overheard one of the staff say, "I didn't know we were still on Miss Beal's case. I'm so tired of these people; all they do is complain, complain, complain.". Furthermore, they didn't have the right providers (there were three hospitals I had not even been to). DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE UNDER- STAFFED and NEGLIGENT OF THEIR DUTIES. They breached their contract by making it my responsibility acquiring my records.

It does not deserve one star at all .Just a sad bunch. They never call you about anything. They missed deadlines never contacted me about case I was always calling them for info about my case. Alberto a so called unprofessional rude attorney seemed he was gleaming when he called to tell me that the judge didn’t have enough evidence. Not one call came thru from that firm. Do not waste your time on them. Don’t let them make a dime off you. Thank you Alberto for hanging up on a client when I told you don’t hang up on me. The reason he hung up on me was because I was pointing out how unprofessional his team was that they couldn’t pick up the phone before this phone call. Way to go Alberto to make your firm look like worthless bunch of people that are money hungry from the government.

This was horrible. I've been filling for disability since May 2010, I was born with severe hearing loss. I went to them, they said I've been granted and the judge will give it to me in 3 to 6 months. I got a phone call from them telling me. The judge didn't have it's paper work. They will not appeal , they'll close it. What happened to FIGHTING? They never called me once to update. They said they didn't receive some medical paper work from me when I gave it to them in person. Why blame the judge?! Had to find out everything from social security office.

Attorneys, Paralegals and staff are very friendly and helpful. They update me regularly regarding the status of my case.

The attorney Ed Goldner is not even practicing he has retired and the staff is overwhelmed with cases. And the cases are worked by paralegals not the active attorney who is Monica Munoz with a past experience of wills not Social Security disability. They don’t return calls and do not keep you informed of the process. I literally had to walk in to talk to someone about why no one returns my calls and the paralegal working on my case stayed it their super busy. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Stay away stay far away.

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever encountered. I've been denied 3x, due to the incompetence of this Law Firm. After not contacting me for 6 months, I had to call them every day to remind them I was alive. On the day I did finally speak to someone, (not sure who she even was), I asked her if my Medical Records had been sent to their office yet and she said the request had been submitted, but there had been NO response; these records contained crucial information about my medical history and would have won my case. Ironically, after no change in my status with Social Security for 6mos, my status changed to "Denied", the SAME DAY as I called and asked about the records. This let me know they submitted my information without even having the much needed
information to win the case. I also let the office know that I would personally come in and bring them the records they claimed they had not received, and/or give them access to the Hospital Records Website; I was told it would not be necessary. If you are someone in SERIOUS need of Social Security Benefits and struggling to get medical help AND somewhat of your life back , DO NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Worst experience EVER! No communication, had to wait a year and a half before we got our settlement. Clearly was not worth our time or effort. Had to lead them the entire way! No guidance what so ever from our attorney Rick Sarabia. Don’t waste your time here!!

HORRIBLE!!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION! My case worker Sandra did nothing but give me a run around,come to find out the information she given me about moving forth with an appeal was a lie. I've had to do all the paperwork myself. SSI has to call me to complete the application I went into Ed Goldner's office to do. I'm being hopped around from 1 person to another. Called an talked to Samantha and she informed me that all paperwork should be going directly from Law Office to whoever needs to fill them out. But yet I had the paperwork sent from SSI to be hand delivered to the school and doctors. Just irritating!! Don't use them waste of time and you will be paying them for a job your doing not them

I'm a perfectionist and have no complaints about the handling of my case. They were on top of everything. Of course I did my part to keep them as informed as I could of all my Dr Visits and Treatments. I had to appeal as most people unless terminally ill get initially denied. I had learned these from other friend's relatives, so I knew what to expect and was patient, and did all I could as advised by both attorney and friends.

We went through Civil Court and didn't win and they didn't think I would win in next highest level of Court, so they just dropped My Case!

They dont stay in contact with you or keep u updated feels like there not doing anything

Its been months since ive heard anything from them nothing but paralegals doing all the heavy lifting barely call I'm considering changing lawyers if I'm denied disability again!they will leave a message they don't say for who and say to call them back they don't try hard enough by the looks of it and I get a bad vibe from this place come to think of it I was going to let them handle my real estate suit but I'm glad I waited they would have just took my money and feed me what I wanted to hear and not done anything to help me out so unless things like their ethics to help their clients change my review will not either

Good lawyers

They took my SSI case. Did the paperwork for me. The day of my appearing in front of the judge, they did not have my updated paperwork. I had handed to them in person two weeks prior to the day. Went in the lawyer spoke not a word while with the judge. When I was denied they dropped me with no explanation. I asked questions and he would just keep telling me they were withdrawing. They know they did me wrong.

My 2 lawyer's we're the worst lawyer's ever they horrible at thier jobs I was denied 3 times by the judge even tho the judge and social security worker both confirm that I was unable to work I would never recommend this office and they never return my calls in a timely manner

Wasted 3 years to long of my time I wouldn't recommend this place super rude never told me anything about my case what was going on I went to court for my SSI I got denied and the second time I had to appear in court they never told me that they drop my case never sent me a letter like they said they would continue I would be denied because of my age which I know is a factor but I've had my disability and mental illness since I was very little they never took that into consideration never really treated me well I write this review because I want everybody to know if this is your last option or your first option I would not recommend you going here to this Law Firm...

ED GOLDNER IS A LIAR AND A THIEF !!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE HIS LAW OFFICE.... HE CHEATED MY MOTHER THAT IS DISABLED AND ON A FIXED INCOME 5OO.00 PER MONTH, SHE WAS MAKING PAYMENTS FOR HIS SERVICES SHE NEVER GOT A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENTS SHE MADE TO HIS OFFICE , SHE MADE MULIPLE CALLS TRYING TO GET PROOF OF PAYMENT, NOW SIX MONTHS LATER THEY CONTACTED SS I AND THEY ARE TAKING A LAGE AMOUT FROM HER BECAUSE OF THEM... SHE STATED THAT SHE PAID AND THEY TOLD HER TO PROVE IT, SHE REPLIED HOW WHEN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENTS SHE MADE.... BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE CROOK'S AND DONT TRUST THEM.....

So very disappointed, especially since I knew Ed and Lisa in the USAF and expected so much more. Staff was incredibly rude, would never return phone calls, lost our son's medical records, my husband had to cancel his case because they were so bad. We asked to see Ed and were told he was unavailable, but saw him walking down hall (from an inner office) We moved to Packard Law Firm and highly recommend.

The employees Brenda huizar and others drink beer why clocked in work and have there kids there running around why at work.. Two people complaining of identity being stolen.. What an attorney office to me

I can't seem to get ahold of the case worker. I call and she's either not in, out to lunch. Call after 1pm. I do and the phone call cuts off or it keeps ringing endlessly. Not to happy right now!!

They seemed good at first and the people i was dealing with were very nice too. Now, i have someone named Tasha on my case and she has made several mistakes, asking for faxes then when i do fax them it wasnt done properly and i find out a month later, she is also very rude and doesnt explain things clearly and when you ask her to, she just becomes more rude!
