In 2015 I was involved in a hit and run accident at 4:45 in the morning. I called several lawyers and everyone refused to help me because they "don't take hit and run cases." Then, I saw an ad for the Carlson Law Firm. I signed up for a free consultation and got a call right away. I told them what happened and they actually took the time to listen to me. Steve Dummit accepted my case and promised to do everything he could do for me. That's when I told them that the other car left their license plate behind after the crash. I ended up needing two back surgeries and am a candidate for neck surgery. I always felt like Steve and Stephanie were actually concerned about me and were working hard to get the best compensation for me. I always knew I was in good hands. WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! They promised my mother they would fight for her when a woman on her cell phone hit her on the hwy and landed her in a ditch. They took an entire year to do anything for her because they literally LOST HER CASE FILE!!! Then they settled with the other insurance company WOTHOUT HER CONSENT for a tiny lump sum that will not even cover her medical expenses and surgey!!! NEVER USE THIS FIRM!!! They will lie to you and cheat you out of the money they promise they will get you! We are going to report them to the BBB as well! Find a different attorney asap!!!
