I am seeking counsel to sue this firm for malpractice because in my opinion they over promise to get a retainer and then file lawsuits to bully insurance companies instead of doing the work to negotiate. This practice especially put our family under duress. I see that Mark Rutledge has high reviews on this site but he is no longer with the firm. Does anyone know why Mr. Rutledge left suddenly? He literally quit corresponding with us after he filed the lawsuit and left many questions unanswered.
