Will for about two weeks I kept calling and every time each person that answered would ask me for my name and number and the reason for my call I would state each time that I was already a client of Mr. Madrigal. One of them told me to call a bails bound and just to say they were going to take the case. The price they told me was $5,000 for a DWI & Immigration so I thought that was fine. The next day I called them again told them my husband was out and to make an appointment to go see him and talk about everything of the case we get there and they asked for my name, appointment time and who was I going to speak with I filled out everything and they took us to an office where we were expecting Mr. Madrigal but instead we got a some lady who didn't even know what she was doing! About 20 minutes later Mr. Madrigal walks in and basically tells us that since my husband was not detained by Immigration he couldn't do anything about it and then he tells us that if he does both cases we had to pay another $1,500 and the total cost would be anywhere from $5,000 - $10,000 And if I choose to go with them later on for the immigration case they would credit me $500 from the $1,500 that I paid. I feel like I was robbed and lied to because I practically paid $1,500 for ONE CALL that they made!.

People, wether you believe my review or not, I feel I have to speak out. I worked on a back office Call Center that was dedicated to get his messages and we where trained to tell people they will be contacted shortly afterwards, but it was all fake. We were trained to make up events and even provide fake feedback upon cases that he previously arranged with our management to give info. So we were expecting clients to call and lie to them on his behalf. The only time we where allowed to transfer a call was when it was a "NEW" client. Dont be fooled we all picked up greeting and stating you are calling to Law office of Dr. Pascual but it was all call center in Honduras!

My husband and I really want to thank Mr. Madrigal for getting my husband out from detention. I will say that it was very very devastating dealing with Immigration laws. Despite of all others attorneys I had consulted with. Many have given me bad publicity about Mr. Madrigal and wanted me to hire them? But I asked, who can get my husband out the soonest? I was told 4 to 6 months or longer. No one can. Why do I have to hire another attorney when they can't do anything different, besides talking negative about others to get your business. I believed in Mr. Madrigal that he was capable of helping my husband. I wanted to thank Mr. Madrigal for putting up with me and my hot tempered husband wanting out.

Mr. Madrigal didn't mind me at all to go and consult with others so I can get second opinions on my husband case. It's just so unprofessional how others have to say bad things to get your business. I continue to stay with Mr. Madrigal after all. He was so certain to get my husband out soon and tell me no need to worries. Within two months my husband is home and reunited and everything is back to normal. He also got his green card back as well. Mr. Madrigal has been in business for so so long. So I will say that this man is the man who know his Immgrations Law. You did a excellent job! Thank you!
