Oh my stars, what a GENIUS! Robert mediated a personal injury case yesterday for my parents and we were SO impressed! Fair, logical, highly professional and respectful to all the parties and their representatives - he and his staff truly made us feel as comfortable as we could be.

Robert was indifferent, incompetent and dishonest. My case was in his office for many months without ever being set for trial despite 1.that I told him initially that it needed to be set for trial, and 2.that opposing counsel asked him in my presence several times that they believed the case had never been set for trial. When he finally realized he'd never set the trial date he became very belligerent and suddenly ran down a host of reasons why I was a problem client. On the last day for filing an important filing on the case he met with me in his office and held the file and the needed filing in one hand and a liability release for his firm's malpractice in the other. He told me I would not be able to file the paper myself or have the file returned unless I signed the release.
