Carlson law firm very good customer service I was in a very bad car accident and they helped me get my medical bills paid for and the compensation that I had coming as well very friendly made me feel a part of the family if I ever get in another car accident this is the place I would be calling they get the job done and they don't take no for an answer they get what you deserve and it gets you what you need and afterwards make sure you stay in touch don't be a stranger very good place to be associated with the Carlson law firm best place in my opinion

these people "Handled" my car accident case. I say handled because as soon as they found out the person didnt have insurance they gave up , rolled over and lost all interest not even looking at what other assets they person at fault had. in other words they are only in it for the big insurance money and dont care for you.

They sent me to all of these doctors appointments to “substantiate” the claim. They said more than once that if the lawsuit didn’t go through, I would NOT be stuck with the bill. Guess who’s stuck with the bill of the appointments they made for me?? I AM!! ZERO STARS

They changed 45% said settlement was 90,000 I only received 21,000 medical bills were under 3,000 so I was scammed out of 60,000

I tried to simply ask if they offer a specific legal service (yes/no). When I didn't want to provide a phone number to prevent continual phone solicitation they immediately disconnected the live chat. This place is a scam! Don't use them.

Nathan, Heidi, Mary and the team at Carlson really helped my situation. They broke down the legal process to me and assisted me every step of the way. Despite the fact that I was living back in Australia they did everything in their power to make a troubling situation as care free as possible. Being an Australian, I had no idea about the American judicial process and Nathan took the time to Skype me and break it down in layman's terms, so I felt more grounded and confident with the direction we were taking. In the end we got a great result. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Mary Jane Rodriguez, Heidi Bordelon and Nathan Kennedy seemed experienced, but their assistant Giorgio Pellegrini was awful. Didn't follow up on anything. Had to constantly resend/repeat information. He completely dropped the ball and then went dark for a few months while it took a year to get a settlement on an open-shut case.

The other driver rear-ended me while I stopped in traffic, so he got a ticket and his insurance company claimed 100% of the fault. I ended up getting less than my PIP even though I spent 6 months in physical therapy. Would work with them again, but they need to fire Giorgio if he's not already gone.

Didn't really care for the way they handled my situation one bit- Wouldn't recommend. Told me one thing and did another.

I was in a car accident in February 2014 while sitting at a red light. The accident totaled the truck I was driving as well as gave me herniated discs in my lower back and neck. I needed help with knowing what to do with both the property damage and more importantly, my injuries. So, I called Carlson Law Firm.

The legal assistant assigned to my case was Heidi. Quite simply, she is amazing. Everything was taken care of from the moment she took on the case. My chiropractic appointments were scheduled. Physical therapy was scheduled. My appointments for MRI's and Orthopedists- all scheduled. I'm not the best at keeping up with these things, but Heidi was ALWAYS on top of everything. If I forgot something or needed something rescheduled- Heidi was there! She was like having a personal assistant to take care of everything, keep me on track and make a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible.
All of the doctors and therapists I have been referred to have also been great. And although I'm not totally healed I'm on that path. I don't think I would have been able to negotiate the path to being healed with all of the treatments and such without the help of Carlson Law Firm.

My case is currently ongoing but it's a relief knowing that it is being handled by competent people. If you're in an accident, call Carlson and ask for Heidi. You'll be in good hands at that point.
