I hired Gary a few months ago. I got hurt at work and my wrist is messed up in every way. I need surgery. The insurance company has been nothing but trouble and beyond shady. We went to court the last week of November and Gary gave his all in there. A few weeks later I am here to tell you that it paid off. We won!!! He is really easy to talk to and he pays attention to all the details. He works hard to make sure you are taken care of. Had an head injury in 1997 he promise me a third party lawsuit took his word and stayed with him he referred me to a family Dr who kept me pretty much drugged up for almost 3 years on Valium which was Diazapam on the highest dosage + 4 times a day until I guess it was finally close to the third year deadline family dr he referred me too denied my visits from out of the blooms just told me to look for another dr that he was no longer my dr. Went through a tuff withdrawal thanks to God and my lovely wife I servived but I quickly after that looked for another lawyer and told me I had a great winning case but do to the short window of time left he just couldn’t proceed.
I just thank God I’m alive and gave me a beautiful family

The whole experience was a farce. I made initial contact with the Harry, the legal assistant. Harry was very good at details and said they would take my case so I was so looking forward to working with them. I was certain, as thorough as Harry was, Gary would be also. I waited 3 and a half months for first hearing, because Gary had to reschedule first one. I was never more disappointed in my life. First of all, I was there 30 minutes early to prep with Gary. He ended up getting there after being called in once, so that was already unnerving. Then he gets there, says he is very sick and going directly to doctor after, and we go in. He doesn't have my packet of paperwork, for some reason, so proceeds anyway, and it felt like I was on pranked. He didn't know anything about me or situation, and so I was about to defend myself and he stopped me. He then asked for a few minutes, proceeds to tell me (four months into my case) that I need a letter from my doctor proving causation or we cannot move forward. So knowing my VA doctor will not give me this, I must give up my fight, when I know it could easily have been won. Now, looking back, I had believed they wouldn't have taken my case if they didn't think they could win it. I believe that they take every case and see if it sticks. I didn't even get an apology for being unprepared or not rescheduling for later day. Actually, nothing was said. Unprofessional and unprepared. Harry was a great salesman.

Gary has meen working with me on my worker's comp case for almost 2 years now, we successfully proved that I was not under impairment of drugs or alcohol when a forklift ran over my foot, and we are now setting things straight with the insurance company.
