Mr Russell Noe is truly best attorney in Brenham Texas I've had the pleasure of hiring and working with. He is very professional and thorough but at the same time friendly and warm to speak to. He does not play around when it is time to defend his clients and perform excellently in court. The only lawyer who looks like he truly cares about the outcomes of his cases and ensure the best for his clients. He got my case dismissed very quickly and wasted no time. Mr Noe and Wendy are Very knowledgeable and hardworking. Very tough in court. Gets the job done with good outcomes. Great communication with them. Never had a problem getting ahold of them during business hours. Caring and sincere people (Mr Noe & Wendy). Did take some time to get an invoice, but that's understandable. One area of improvement is that Mr. Noe confused the details of my case frequently with his other cases when speaking with me and seemed very rushed. My case was very hectic with lots of moment to moment changes at first that made the whole process very stressful, however, I couldn't have made it thorough without Mr Noe and Wendy's reassurance.

Mr. Noe and Wendy were absolutely wonderful. They helped my family every step of the way. No question was too dumb or irrelevent. They were able to explain everything that was happening in great detail and give advice on what decisions they felt would benefit us best. We have used Mr. Noe on several different occasions and have been very happy each time. I live out of town and Mr. Noe even went out of his way to keep my husband company until I was able to make the drive there. I would definitely recommend Mr. Noe and will continue to use him if the need arises.

Recently I needed an attorney for a legal issue . I received Attorney Russell Noe's information from a friend. I contacted Mr. Noe and he met with me immediately. He explained thoroughly what would happen and approximately how long the process was. Wendy was also a great help. She maintained contact with me and walked me through all the paperwork and deadlines. Both were very kind when I was impatient and requesting status updates. Mr. Noe was very adamant about what our demands were and compassionate when I was having a hard time conforming to what was happening. I highly recommend this law firm due to their dependability, loyalty, honesty and compassion for what they do! .

Russell Noe is the worst attorney I have ever encountered which says a lot: my dad owns a very successful investment banking firm so I have dealt with attorneys my whole life. Real attorneys. Noe is simply a con artist with a law degree. He will take your money up front and do absolutely nothing. We had MANY just flat out unethical experiences with Noe. First, upon contacting his “firm” (aka his small family home), we were notified by his secretary Wendy that since we had filed our own paperwork, the fee would only be $2,500. Within minutes of sitting down with Noe, he informed us she was wrong, spoke poorly of her, and then let us know it would be “at least double”. After many months of absolutely nothing happening in my step daughter’s case, we decided he wasn’t the attorney for us. I also had our family attorneys review what he had done for us: nothing, and that is who told us to get a full refund. Originally, we were going to leave it at that: get our money back, get a real attorney, and know better than to EVER go back to Russell Noe. After many attempts to contact him, we finally heard back. He let us know he would NOT be giving us a refund (of $4,000) and in fact we OWED him $900+. Russell Noe took oath upon passing the bar to ethically practice law. Since this incident, I reviewed his other reviews and found several other cases of the same thing happening. We now have the BBB involved with our family attorneys helping us along the way and they would love to hear from anyone else who has had ANY unethical experiences with Russell Noe. I know we will get a full refund and then some by the time this is over with but I just wanted to WARN THE PEOPLE OF BRENHAM, TX AND WASHINGTON COUNTY: Russell Noe should not be practicing law and we are doing our best to make that a reality. Again, the BBB would love to hear of any other unethical experiences anyone may have had and I urge you to report: there are 3 cases so far that I have been able to get in touch with and would love to help anyone else this man has conned.

I give Mr. Noe a 10. Mr. Noe has always been there for us and gone beyond what is expected of an attorney. To me the most important thing for everyone to realize if you are hiring Mr. Noe for whatever situation you are in - you need to listen to Mr. Noe and do whatever he suggest to you. Mr. Noe has been around a long time and seen a lot, the only reason he ask you to do certain things is to help you. If you don't listen to his suggestions on what you should do, you won't get the results you want and you make it harder for him to help you. I will always keep Mr. Noe as our family attorney.

I’ve read the other reviews and I have to say Mr. Russell Noe is my go to for any and all my legal advice and cases. I will side with him every time.! He’s always there without a doubt or question.

I chose this law firm thinking choosing a “local” law firm would help with case pending
At the Washington county.

The fact is he does everything from divorce to criminal and is very distracted thus the case gets pushed into the production line and does not get the attention it deserve. The attorney also travels between San Antonio and Brenham so he is not reliably communicating with clients which in my case was very frustrating to a fault and jeopardized the case.

I think he is a good guy and wants to do the right thing but is not really invested in his clients and is too damm busy to the detriment of his clients which is a bad thing

He will take every dollar that you have! Please don’t hire him!!

If you have a speeding ticket or any other very low misdemeanor ...this is your guy. However, if you are facing jail time, it is imperative that you seek legal counsel from somebody else. If you do not, you WILL end up serving time in jail or prison.

Mr. Noe represented me and members of my family in civil and criminal cases. Mr. Noe is very professional and hard working. He is the best attorney in Texas as far as I'm concerned. I recommend Mr. Noe and his staff to any one that needs an experienced attorney.

I'll give him a smooth -5 because every time I called to talk about the case they never answered or called back, once I drove 40 miles one way just to talk to him in person because they don't know how to use a phone. They refuse to give me an invoice after I fired him and they also kept all my personal pictures (once again no answer or call back) and months later they still haven't returned part of the money they didn't use or my pictures. $4500 upfront for nothing at all. Hire him if you want to get screwed out of money and time.

They are great! Im going threw a divorce and they have been nothing but helpful. They always have an answer to your questions and they are always there when you call. He is a good lawyer and Wendy the receptionist is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend them!
