Very unprofessional. No one at this firm returns phone calls or emails. My daughter's case has been passed from one person to the next four times now due to turnover. Everyone is always "at lunch or in meetings." Her car accident was over six months ago, and we have yet to speak to an actual LAWYER. We are pulling our case and going elsewhere for legal representation. Total waste of time.
