I'm reposting this to include photos for evidence. They are so bad they don't even know who their clients were. At first out of pity I avoided getting into detail about why I would NEVER refer anyone to them for auto injury claims, but their rude and trite response to me made me now reconsider. So the main reasons? They're slow, they're insincere, and other lawyers I've used were just more efficient and superior. This review and the pictures are proof.

I will leave a brief review for those of you who do not like to read a lot and a detailed one for those of you who are on the fence about which law firm you need to represent you.

In short , I would highly recommend Nguyen and Chen LLP. I actually hired them on two occasions. They will work with you on a payment plan if your finances are sub par, and are very thorough and professional. They will focus on your case as if it is the only one they have .

Now to expand on this and describe to you all why I chose Nguyen and Chen LLP to represent me twice. I was facing criminal charges and after researching and meeting with 5 lawyers previously I found out that the prices were obserdly expensive (Being the first time I ever needed a lawyer), but also the other lawyers seemed impersonal and acted cold and straight to business during our intitial meetings. Brian Nguyen on the other hand got to know me and my background . We talked about my family and my case and my options legally . I felt as if he would fight for me harder than the other lawyers bc we actually know each other on a personal level now. That was my first impression and in the back of my head I thought this guy is going to be expensive !
He was ACTUALLY a third of the cost of two law firms and half the cost of another . The other two I believe were around his price give or take some.
Immediately upon signing my contract Brian and his firm went to work . They kept me up to date every step of the way and explained to me the strategy they had sought out for my case . We successfully beat my criminal case but a year later I was sued by the complainant in civil court . I found out by Brian , whom told me the reason they were sueing and how long I had before I took action (a legal reply to the suit).
Unfortunately this time around my wife was pregnant with our second child and I was not as diligent in my legal matters as I would've hoped to be . I procrastinated until a month and a half away from my legal deadline to reply to the lawsuit. Brian was able to take the case and did an extremely great job gathering every bit of info needed for trial . Again bc of my special circumstances with my wife being pregnant , Brian was able to give me a payment plan I could follow. We went to trial civilly and the outcome was not a 100% victory for us but I escaped the lawsuit fairly unscathed .

Nguyen and Chen LLP is a great law firm . They will be thorough and professional. They care about you personally . They understand if they help you out the best way possible you will choose them in the future if you ever need them again just like myself.

I would like to be fair in my assessment of Nguyen and Chen Law Firm.
I have noticed that most of the reviews have involved divorce cases, our case was a Consumer Dispute Resolution. Maybe they are better divorce lawyers, but we did not receive minimally good representation. Brian was extremely nice and personable; in fact, I am confident that he would have done a more professional job for my wife and I. But after our initial cancellation we did not hear from Brian until after we'd realized that VERY little was being done with our case. We have now had to secured an additional attorney and have received more information and peace from our first cancellation than the entire stressful ordeal with Nguyen & Chen. Not only did the firm not help us, they did very little to satisfy our grieves hereafter.
VERY disappointed in Nguyen & Chen services.....or lack thereof.

Nguyen & Chen Law firm did an incredible job defending one of my best friends from a murder accusation. Everyone from their team, especially Brian Nguyen and David Armbruster, worked very diligently in gathering premium evidence on helping her clear her name.

Regardless though, any divorce case needs to be taken extremely seriously and they need to be followed up day and night.
