I would like to send the entire law firm my most sincere thanks for your hard work, exceptional dedication, and professional mastery. I recommend them without any reservations, and in fact I have referred my friends to them, and they feel the same amount of exceptional service.
I applied for permanent residency during a very turbulent time in this country’s immigration adjudication. It was extremely stressful, to put it lightly. Throughout those times, the exceptional quality of this firm’s communication and representation never wavered. There were clear, honest, timely, and personalized answers to my concerns. No one painted a overly bleak or an overly rosy picture. Answers and legal counsel were given straight, and the lawyers of this firm did their best representing me. With their wisdom and mastery, you steered the ship, and now I have my permanent resident card.
Needless to say, the best litmus test for whether I think a firm did a good job is whether I will retain them again if need be, and if I would recommend it to those I know. The answer to both is a resounding yes.

Friendly, professional & experienced attorneys, timely processing, good team and overall great service are the specialities of Liu& Associates. I was fortunate to know this firm through my friend and retaining this firm for my I-140 NIW application was one of the best decisions in my life. My EB2-NIW application was approved. I will definitely refer my acquaintances to work with this team. They deserve more than 5 stars.
I'm very happy working with the Attorney from Liu and Associates. They are very professional and responsive. Glad that I used their service!

Wonderful experience working with the team, especially Christina Le, I couldn't be happier. Me and my wife filed the GC application for EB2-NIW category with me as a primary applicant. We started the process in May 2015 and got our GC in March 2017. During the process, Christina and her team had been very helpful and make things extremely easy for us. I never consulted another attorney service so I can't make any comparison, but we are definitely happy with the service we received.

I work with a lot of attorneys, both directly and indirectly. And I've never left a review for one, good or bad, until now. I wish to share what I have witnessed first-hand. A promising, upcoming international post doctoral research fellow approach this firm, though their employee/attorney named Zac. When asked of Zac about the fee schedule details and any possible references, he was curt, abrasive and very defensive. His response was basically "READ THE AGREEMENT". We don't give references! We are not a car dealership! That sort of rhetorical and humiliating reply. A foul and unprofessional response.
I suggest that until this firm learns the meaning of customer service, and by that I mean answering most BASIC questions and well-intended questions, you should hire someone else got your visa work. I've found that with a little research, you can do much better in terms of price, and basic courtesy.
If Mcdonalds operated with this low level of customer service, they wouldn't sell a single burger. This is my opinion based on my direct observations. If I could give a zero, I would do just that.
Feel free to contact me with any questions about what I witnessed. Trust me, be warned, you can do much better when it comes to selecting a law firm.
