My mother has a case and she gets nothing but run around. People being rude. She sent her medical records to them and she still got charged because the quote had to get them themselves unquote. In the papers she should be in a higher bracket. She got her papers and nope still in the same bracket. These people are not fighting for the people. All they want is your money!!!

My case was handle very poorly. I was rear ended by a 18wheeler year ago n i needed a lawyer so googled n found them saw they had good rating n review so i called to let them handle my case. Well when they found out that i owed back child support it took a turn from tying to get me what i deserve to trying to close my case asap. I was told that they was going too take this percentage but when i got my closing paperwork it was higher then told to me by the lawyer. Was also told that they was gong tho see about lower all my bills that they build up by doing all the therapy that didn't work and they didn't do it. So instead of me walking away with something nice in my pocket n getting help with my injuries him n my kid got it all .don't get Mr wrong I'm glad i was able to catch up on my child support n they don't have anything to do with that but no surgery for me means i have to live in pain now n going to put me back in debt in child support. Hard to find s job with a bad neck n back. Hell i got more money from my truck then i did from this lawsuit.

Contact Tracey and Fox law firm regarding some matters and issues caused by a hospital that almost killed my mother. We may call once a month since initial consultation to get an update or status of the case. Sent in tons of papers that was asked of us and for some reason the individuals we speak with are rude and "seem" to have a lack of consideration just to help keep someone update due to the lack of communication. Nothing but attitude when ever....when ever....every time we reach out to the case leaders for my mother's case. After reading all the reviews it's hard to agree with everything I see because none of that have been shown to us. Received an email from TF law firm stating that we'll receive some documents by mail (in september) to accept or deny, it's now going on November and when asked about the documents we were called liars about such being said to us. We just have no knowledge of the status of the case so just we know what it is we need to do to help or some sort. This rating could very well be changed for the better all depending on the outcome of her case from here on out.
