Horrible food

Great place to work! It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you learn a lot from others and is very supportive. The culture is very open and offers a great life balance!

After reading some of the reviews here I was skeptical about working with Ontellus, however, much to my delight, I have found none of the comments to be true. I have had an exceptional experience with them. A massive internal shift with a focus on satisfaction must have taken place because working with them has really been a dream and exceeded my expectations. Allow yourself you be just as delighted - I highly recommend Ontellus.

Intelligent records management!!

Horrible customer service. When providing a service and a customer calls, there is no need to treat the customer in a demeaning fashion especially when the request for the information has NO bearing on a case.

Customer service is a joke. They don't listen. It takes forever for them to return your email and when they do, your question is typically not responded to. They are not expeditious. Their website is not user friendly. They ask for information that is NOT needed by a records retrieval company. You ask them to not bate label the records, they do it anyway. If I wasn't forced to use this company, I wouldn't. I don't know what deal certain clients made with them, but the client is getting screwed.

We paid $1,531.90 for records as we were told we would get 2,222 pages. However, we only received 146 pages. So we paid $10.50 a page for records????? RIP OFF!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE!!!! They have no idea how to prepare medical records!

Worst records company. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They rearrange medical records so you're receiving not an exact duplicate of the chart, and instead records arranged by Keais according to their internal policy so the page numbers are out of order. Also, Keais inserts a number of pages that have nothing to do with the records so for a single page of billing records you have to flip through 20 pages of administrative BS inserted by Keais. This is horrible. I don't see why any law firm uses this service. I know I won't.

As an Ontellus employee for the last year and a half, I've always been treated with respect. Ontellus has a great team, who care about their customers. The company is especially good at handling large customers who have need of a constant flow of documents from medical providers or others who may relate to court cases.

Wow unbelievable. I'm a mobile notary that retrieves medical records but hmmmm maybe I shouldn't call them for work.

What a pathetic excuse for a records retrieval company. The mailed records requests were sent to two wrong addresses and are now faxing me daily for records for a patient. I have answered twice by fax to their requests (after 4 attempts) once by email and I've attempted to call, only to get a voicemail with yet a third fax #. If I could give no stars, that would be my rating of choice!

Do not use Keais!!! I send in my order through their portal and yet they still mess up! I make it clear that my order is a RUSH and it doesn’t go out till days to a week later!! The director of order entry is always having to reach out to my paralegals to apologize and so on. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Premier document retrieval

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! Providers beware! They promise to pay for your record retrieval and never do. I never write reviews but this is definitely worth rating. I would give it no stars if it was possible.

Have no sense of protocol or pride regarding professional courtesy when it comes to interviewing and never responding back to candidates. It makes you wonder how current employees are treated internally. Unless you worked at Enterprise Car Rental in a prior life--I would not waste your time as you will not be part of the click/internal fraternity!

A company to avoid. Here is an excerpt from an email they sent me.

"Prior to purchasing copies of records, you will be able to view all of the facilities that have been ordered on each case where you are listed as a party; view the total pages of records available so that you know how many pages were retrieved and can compare to any records you may have; and view the total cost of each set of records prior to purchase."

Unfortunately they include in their page count copies of requests for records, their own cover page and a table of contents that they created... thus rendering any comparison useless.

Their website is apparently full of bugs, online chat doesn't function and help pages are inaccurate. Expect a headache and a lot of wasted time if you use this overpriced company.
