Tim Breaux is an Honest, Detailed, Extremely Intelligent, Extremely Trustworthy Attorney,. Tim possesses the most important personal and professional traits I value in individuals I work with in handling and executing important txns.
Tim David Breaux, performs all necessary Research Thoroughly, Performs all necessary Due Diligence, before making decisions & before advising or acting on clients behalf.
As a retired banker of 30 years, and founding Executive Officer of MidSouth Bank, I served in multiple capacities as the bank grew before my retirement in 2007.
I served as a member of Executive Team as a member of Executive Team, and was SVP, & CIO, ( also was CMO & CRO) as bank grew from 20 employees & 2 locations to 35 locations and $1 Billion in Assets, became First, Youngest and Smallest Community Bank to ever become a Publicly Traded Bank on the Stock Exchange in 1995. I retired in 2007 and remain a large shareholder of MidSouth Bank.
I value these personal traits in employees, peers, Board Members and 3rd Party Vendors, above all else. Because, my father taught me growing up on a farm, "a Contract is only as good as the man that signs it". And The Courts System, taught me as an adult, a Contract is only as good as the attorney who drafts, researches and Executes it.
