I was 24 weeks pregnant labeled high risk and got rear ended on the way to work. Wow... 2 years, 2 different services and Allen Law Firm has never missed a beat. Nicole has worked with me every step. I was in a head-on collision. Not my fault. All I wanted after my accident was for everything to go back to normal. Fix my car, and pay my medical bills. I have never sued anyone in my life. But when things were not happening, and MY OWN insurance company started giving me problems, I decided it was time to hire an attorney. Bill Allen and his team took away all of my stress on the very first day. I was told my only job was to go to my doctor's appointments and attend physical therapy and to get better.
My car was replaced, my medical bills were paid, I even received a settlement.

Some of the best individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I casually met Bill and Ginny Allen to needing the firm for an auto accident case, I was treated like family.

Every person that assisted on my case was available when I called and were extremely knowledgeable. Nicole also kept in touch with me on a regular basis to update me on my case.

I showed my impatience much of the time but Nicole had a calming effect and the staff was diligent in making sure that when all was said and done that I was awarded a fair settlement.

Hoping I never need them again but I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them.
