I hired John to help me set up estate planning documents and am thrilled with my decision. When I contacted John late in the day and told him I wanted to have documents drafted before noon the next day, I thought there was no chance he would actually say we could make it happen. To my surprise, he immediately sent over a packet with instructions, and he scheduled me to meet with him first thing in the morning. It was great to see that I had multiple options available, but it felt overwhelming reading through everything and not understanding the difference among wills, living wills, designations of health care surrogate, and powers of attorney. John was incredibly patient and thorough in both breaking down the differences and in asking me questions to make sure he understood what I was looking to accomplish and what considerations to keep in mind.
