Wonderful experience with this firm. Mr. Walker handled my car accident and helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend him as an attorney for any type of accident. He and his staff are very knowledgeable.

On December 9, 2016 i was in an auto accident, I was shaken up and very scared (after all it was my first accident). I wasn't sure what to do or where to go, thankfully I choose Mr. Walker he was very knowledgeable and reassuring me that things would be okay. The lady that hit me insurance company fought us tooth and nail, however that did not effect Mr. Walker he was very persistent and made sure I received the best care. When time came to settle my case he took nothing less then policy limits. I am very happy with him and the law firm, I will be going here if I ever get into another auto accident.AGAIN THANK YOU MR. WALKER

My husband and I fell into debt which started in 2015 when my husband ended up with cancer and just couldn't dig our way out. At the beginning of 2017(Income tax time) the office received all monies up front before representing my husband and I. They gave us paper work to fill out, which some of it was confusing to both of us. We constantly asked for help. My husband even requested to speak to Walker on multiple occasions but he was always busy, out of town, and when I finally got ahold of him at home, he refused to take any time because it was Sunday but was too busy to call me back the next day. At different points the reception was going to help, then his wife was going to contact us on different occasions. Then we got to a point our case was at a standstill (Walker was then facing medical issues of his own, so no one else apparently could take over his case load??). We were told that since our case was started, that if debt collection contacted us to direct them to Walkers office, we even gave his office notices to appear in court for debt and judgements against my husband for said debt. We were constantly told it would be handled. April or May of 2018 our bankruptcy case was finally settled. My husband is also disabled, they have handicapped parking and entrance on the same side for handicapped in back, even when knowing my husband was stopping in, the receptionist kept that door locked and had him use the front steps to come in (which was painful for him and he told her so each time). Walker is also not the person who went to court/mediation with us. It was a man we hadn't heard of or who knew our case until a couple of days before. We were given an outdated photo and name of who to look for when we arrived to court/mediation. Thankfully he had a copy of our license and knew who to look for. When a lawyer represents you, he should be with you the whole way (especially when paying $1,700).

Great personal injury attorney. Both Foye and his wife are very compassionate and caring people. Foye Walker will actually talk to you. He does not make his assistant do all the work for him like most attorneys I have encountered.

I wanted to apply for disability we signed a contract with them to start the process well we never got an update or any kind of notice as to what’s happening and where we are in the process well 2 years later come to find out when we were talking with his new para she couldn’t find us in the system. Which means he never started the process of applying for dissability for me the para is the one that started the process from the time she put My name in the system to the time I received my first check was 6 months he said oh I’ll waive my fee but his fee was only a % of what I would have got from backpay. He cheated me and I’m mad

I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Walker and am so impressed with his ability to critical think as an attorney. He is intelligent and professional. He works diligently to provide his clients with the very best possible outcome in their situation. I have seen him overcome very complex issues that sometimes seem impossible. Mr. Walker has a great knowledge for the law and is able to take on many different types of legal issues. I appreciate that he is honest and fair with his clients. Overall, he is a great attorney and I would recommend him.
