I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had with an attorney while dealing with this law firm. I was unexpectedly "wowed" several times.
1) The first aspect which caught my attention was the live chat option. You didn't have to give any personal information or even as much as an email address to begin chatting with a representative from the firm. I was able to click the chat button at 11pm on a Saturday night and reach a live person. The person on the chat was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. However, I still had the jitters to discuss my case any further. I left the representative with my phone number and immediately logged off close to midnight.
2) By sunrise, before the roosters started calling on a Sunday morning, I was contacted by the owner of the firm himself, Fred Koberlien. He made time to call me back immediately and discuss my case in an easy to understand manner. I believe he even called me from his cell phone. He allowed me to ask him anything I wanted and was very kind and patient with his answers. I usually feel intimidated by law professionals, but I felt nothing but comfort with him.
3) The thing which wowed me the most, other than the speedy call back, was his honesty and complete transparency. This man isn't in it just for the money.
