I've had dealings with both Wendy and Robert on separate issues. A few years ago Wendy handled the rewriting of my will as well as putting together my advance directives. She treated me with the utmost respect, went over every single clause of the will and directives, guided me in areas that I was totally unfamiliar with, and was extremely reasonable with her rates. I have since highly recommended her to colleagues of mine who were likewise interested in having their wills done. On another matter, I, as so many other Americans have experienced, was forced to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. To say this was personally devastating to my pride is an understatement. I called Robert Mara based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. The consultation was free and in that period of time he managed to dispel many of the myths I harbored about the so-called "stigmas" attached to bankruptcy. In laymen's terms he explained everything that would be entailed in the process and then left the decision to me. I didn't hesitate and immediately asked him to represent me. I've never been more comfortable about a decision of such magnitude. He mapped out everything I needed to supply as far as tax returns and financials were concerned. He kept in regular contact with me as to where we stood in the process and what I needed to do. When it came time to appear in bankruptcy court, Robert explained everything that was going to transpire and assured me that it was going to be painless. He was absolutely correct. SHE WAS INCOMPETENT AND DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD DO TO MILK AND CHURN MY ADVANCED PAYMENTS WHICH OF COURSE THEY INSISTED ON.. WHEN I COMPLAINED MOMMIE WAS RIGHT THERE TO DEFEND HER CROOKED DAUGHTER WHO COULD NOT HAVE MADE 90 DOLLARS PER HOUR ON AN ORLANDO STREET CORNER. THE JOKE IS THAT MS. MARA DID NOT EVEN DISCLOSE TO ME THAT HER DUAGHTER WAS PELLEGRINO. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM HERE FOR ME TO TELL YOU HOW MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THEY COST ME BY THERE INCOMPETENT REPRESENTATION AND THESE WERE UNCONTESTED CASES!!!!! OF COURSE THEY SAY WELL YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BACK AND FEES AND COSTS BUT YOU KNOW IT IS ABOUT HONOR SOMETHING THEY DID NOT HAVE WHILE THEY LINED THEIR POCKETS. OF COURSE, SHE HAD OTHER EXCUSES LIKE SHE JUST HAD HER 7TH CHILD AND SHE WAS HAVING TROUBLE PAYING THE FIRMS BILLS. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF LAWYERS IN FLORIDA........JUST FORGET THIS DISHONEST AND DESPERATE FAMILY. THEY EVEN HAD TO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER WRITE THEM A GOOD REVIEW...HOW FUNNY IS THAT!!!! I AM FOLLOWING UP WITH COMPLAINTS TO THE FLORIDA BAR AND BOTH JUDGES ON THE CASES AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS A CIVIL ACTION AGAINST THEM.
